I have over two decades of experience assisting customers with their IT problems. I started at the age of 11 with fixing several neighbor’s Comcast Modems when it took two hours to get Comcast to fix it. I could get it back up in 10 minutes….They saved time and a headache, and I made candy money. It was a win-win in my book! Those interactions eventually paid for my first car and college, sparking a lifelong passion for Technology and helping those that don’t have the time to commit to learning how to fix the computers and networks we use every day.

Since then, I have worked in many industries gaining the ability to adapt to any network environment quickly. Each position has had some proprietary software that needed to be learned and managed, and we will learn and manage the industry specific software that you use as well!
